The name Starleet comes from the words “Star” and “Elite” — two energies that deeply inspire me.

Leet is inspired by the word elite, meaning unique, elevated, and one of a kind.
To me, Starleet means a guided light that leads with purpose — it’s about helping you shine, not by changing who you are, but by revealing the light that’s already within you.
Starleet Studio is a reflection of that idea: a sacred space where every client is treated like the rare star they are, with care, intention, and love.
Meet Me
I’m Funda Shamsher, the founder and heart of Starleet Studio. What began as a passion for hairstyling has blossomed into a peaceful space where beauty, soul, and personal connection come together.
For me, hair is more than a service — it’s a way to help people feel seen, confident, and grounded. After working professionally and building experience in the salon world, I knew I wanted something different — something more intimate, more intentional, more me.
So I created Starleet, a studio rooted in freedom, authenticity, and love.
I work independently, and that means every guest I welcome receives my full attention and care. I take the time to understand your story, your hair, and your vision — because you deserve to feel beautiful, inside and out.

As a retired veteran, his dedication, precision, and quiet strength inspire me every single day.
When we're not working, we travel. We walk, we breathe in nature, we pause and observe the beauty in every corner of the world. Whether it’s a peaceful beach at sunset or new cities filled with culture. We find joy in discovering what makes this world — and its people — so magical.
